THIS PROJECT ROXY BASICALLY LET UP DO WHATEVER WE WANTED AS LONG AS WE LEARN SOMETHING FROM IT. WHAT I DECIDED TO DO WAS A STICK FIGURE DANCING GIF. I DID COMPLETE IT BUT AFTERWARD, I FELT LIKE IT NEEDED MORE SO I ADDED A BACKGROUND AND EVENTUALLY MUSIC AND TYPOGRAPHY CAME IN.

WHAT I USED TO ANIMATE THIS PROJECT WAS PIVOT WHICH, IS A STICK FIGURE ANIMATION SOFTWARE. I ALSO USED ADOBE PREMIER TO CREATE AND ANIMATE THE LETTERS AND WORDS FOR THE TYPOGRAPHY PART.

First we took a photo of letters we found in nature then, we put them into Photoshop and put them together to make my name.

Digital Portfolio Reflection Questions:

  1. Do you feel you met or approached the project rationale use evidence explaining why or why not

Not really, because what we did i mostly already know

2. What is considered art?

art is a way to express an idea. In different cultures art is different because of the the that the culture shapes and defines it.10,000 years ago art was created because people had to find a way to take important information and pass it on for the next generation.

3. How does context affect art

Context give art more meaning by telling you instead of you figuring it out you’re self.

But by releasing the mean it removes all challenge trying to understand it.

4.

Context matters because it give directional help to people who don’t get it.

It’s can also give a paint historical importance.

This project was about taking the original photos we got from a zip file and making a whole new photo out of them learning about foreground, middle ground and background. This project was tons of scale in it, scales mean the way that object look far way or close up.
